History of Pegasus

Pegasus Health & Safety was set up by Brian Goodwin in August 2000 to deliver First Aid to staff at a Local Hospital.

Brian had spent many years as a Army Medic with the 10th Battalion The Parachute Regiment where he was Involved on hands on for all types of medical procedures from parachuting injuries to medicals of the recruits.

He joined the Fire Service and spent 20 years as a Fire Officer which informed many duties including dealing with many injured people from Fires and car accidents

Brian was invited to join Harlow college as a part-time lecturer, where he organised all the first aid training for the staff and students over the 6 years he work there.

It was during this time he set up the company and called it Pegasus after the name of the Airborne Horse from the Airborne forces.  

Pegasus went onto deliver Fire Safety, Food Safety, Health & Safety, Manual Handling, Accident prevention courses for Schools, Hospitals, Leisure centre's, Colleges and all businesses 

Pegasus was in the final of Harlow business awards for two years and has continued to work hard to ensure they deliver the best training for all organisations at a reasonable price
